Hiker’s Kit Offer Terms and Conditions
- Offer applies only to 2010 Patagonia departures;
- Travel must be booked by August 31, 2010;
- This offer is not retroactive to clients who are already booked or are on deposit;
- This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions;
- Hiker’s Kit will be sent after final payment for trip;
- In the event of a cancellation after the Hiker’s Kit has been shipped, client will be charged for the value of the Hiker’s Kit;
- Hiker’s Kit comprises of one pair of Leki brand trekking poles and one Patagonia brand fleece vest. No substitutions are possible except where necessitated by availability, and then at MTS’s sole discretion;
- Limit one Hiker’s Kit per full-fare booked client;
- Some restrictions and exclusions apply.
